- I am Dr. Hayder Hamed Al Kaabi, born on April 5, 1972, from Al-Muthanna Governorate, Al-Samawah City. PhD in economics of agricultural production from the University of Baghdad. I worked as the head of the soil and water resources department, the head of the plant protection department, the assistant dean for administrative affairs, and finally the dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Muthanna University.
