I am writing mini research and having a hard time understanding the dependent variable and independent variable to write a hypothesis on this topic.

As for my findings on this topic "·Impact of using Customer Support Chatbots to improve business-customer interaction."

Once I identify the independent and dependent variables where do I write my hypothesis in my report? Is it on the introduction page?

Can I have any guidance, please?

I am currently undertaking a computer science MSc and have been trying to find topics of study for my final research dissertation which would be interesting.

I was thinking about a few topics but find it hard to solve within 6 months of time. I am interested in cloud computing can you give me an idea to select a topic? It could be anything related to computer science.

I chose this topic for my thesis "Improving cybersecurity systems of apps installed on smartphones running in a Cloud computing environment by applying Industry 4.0 technologies."

I had a discussion with my lecturer regarding the topic he said Since in industry 4.0 and cloud computing is so wide I have to narrow down this topic and be specific with it.
