Introduction
I'm a government university academic lecturer employed at the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. My research studies mainly focus on the areas of real estate valuation, management, planning, urban economics, sharing economy, trends in development projects, etc.
