Introduction
Harlida Abdul Wahab is a Professor at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia. Having an academic experience of over 20 years, she obtained a PhD in Law with a specialization in employment law from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She obtained an LL.B (Hons) from IIUM and an LL.M in Business Law from Aberystwyth University, United Kingdom. Her work focuses on the area of employment and labour law. She also has an interest in environmental law.
