Introduction
Prof. Kasban received B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Menoufia University, Egypt. Currently, He is the Head of Engineering and Scientific Instruments Department, Nuclear Research Center (NRC), Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority (EAEA), Cairo, Egypt. He is a co-author of international journals papers.
