Question
I had finished docking with MOE molecular operating environment, However, I was faced with docking result, what this result and how to find the affinity, binding and number, and type of binding?
Question
The acceptance rate is the ratio of the number of articles submitted to the number of articles published (or rejection rate). Although like with many journal measures, the raw number does not tell the whole story, it can be used to gauge a publication's selectivity or prestige.
Calculating acceptance rates
Acceptance rates are calculated in a variety of ways. Some journals calculate the rate based on the total number of papers received. Others allow the editor to select which articles are forwarded to reviewers and determine the acceptance rate based on the number of manuscripts examined, which is smaller than the total number of manuscripts received. Furthermore, many editors do not keep accurate records of this information and merely provide a rough estimate.
