Question
I am searching for the base of diseases with unkown course. I want to understand the base of low grade inflammation and the molecules involved in it.
Question
Patients with chronic idiomatic urticaria are advised to avoid sun, heat and exercise. That put them in a lonely position. There is no known treatment as far as I understand. I think one of the possible courses could be the increase of TH1. Does anyone has experience with it? Or have you other ideas?
Question
I am interested in the effects of PEITC on the function of inflammasomes. I did make a liposomale watercress solution to test it on a patient with chronic urticaria. She did have itching urticaria with the least exercise and sun exposure. I think that inflammasomes play a role in this condition. The patient has less complaints and we are now looking for the best dose. This solution is not commercial available.
