Introduction
Hans Geesink is studying a biophysical principle based on quantum coherence. Strikingly, an algorithm could be detected in various animate and nonanimate systems. We discovered a very similar pattern for animate systems, energy/frequency distributions in entanglement (EPR) experiments, frequencies of the currently known elementary particles in the standard model as well as in frequency patterns of spectral energy gaps that promote superconducting properties. It is an interesting aspect providing a bridge between life systems and pure physical phenomena.

1. We propose a new model of geometry-based phonon harmonics, representing a fractal 12-tone set of discrete EMF wave frequencies (tones), that can undergo constructive and deconstructive wave interference, as known from ancient and current music theory. 2. This universal sonic/acoustic pattern, detected by us by meta-analysis of over 1600 scient...

We propose a bridge between life systems, quantum physics and musical scales. A proposed 3D Quantum wave equation could be derived, that shows toroidal and a monopole geometry, gauge invariance, 3D interference patterns, elliptical lines, waves at 3D and 4D, a deterministic pattern of 12 scalars multiplied by multiplications of 2. The foliation is...

A new biomarker is proposed, that shows the capability to classify a measure of healthy and unhealthy behaviour of brain waves and neurons by analysing the pattern of discrete multiscale frequencies and amplitudes. Our hypothesis is that the neural network architecture and brain frequencies operate in a coherent or in a decoherent frequency pattern...

The physical principle of superconductors can be understood to be a result of quantum entanglement. The attractive interaction between charges and waves is mediated by electrons and phonons, that are the quantized vibrational modes of the atomic lattice. A meta-analysis of energy patterns of a several 200 superconductors shows that a typical distri...

Max Planck is one of the founders of Quantum mechanics. He succeeded to describe the radiation of a black-body by an equation now known as Planck's law of spectral density of electromagnetic radiation emitted by a black body (Planck, 1900). The proposed hypothetical oscillators were for Planck purely imaginary theoretical investigative probes, but...

Exciton and phonon vibrations of the photosynthesis process for plants, algae and bacteria show discrete data: information that can only take certain values. The values can be calculated by an equation as a next step of the theory of Fröhlich. Evidence has been found that photoelectric effects of photosynthesis show typical frequency patterns at va...

Numbers/digits are a perfect medium to transmit information. Our proposal: It seems that the theories/concepts of Einstein, Schrödinger, Fröhlich, Davydov and others can be embedded in pure analytical mathematical Chern solutions to describe the quantum or eigen states of living molecules/cells, superconductors, masses of elementary particles, phot...

The hypothetical existence of a magnetic monopole would imply that electric and magnetic charge must be quantized in certain units. It is known that Bosons and Bose-Einstein condensates can be used to emulate the monopole. Bosons and Bose-Einstein condensate have been described by a generalized quantized coherent wavefunction, that demonstrates a t...

A unified theory is proposed of gravity and quantum mechanics, based on a multiconnected toroidal space connected with a monopole topology, in which each state of the ordinary quantum system encodes the information about the state of the higher-dimensional system. Space-time is created out of quantum processes themselves at the subatomic level and...

Our earlier work showed that the band pattern of electromagnetic (EMF) wave frequency eigenstates of both inanimate and animate systems can be described by a Pythagorean-like (acoustic) math equation. The distribution patterns of discrete EMF-frequencies were revealed by acoustic-like scaling of about 500 EMF experimental frequency data of typical...

A quantum wave equation of coherence has been proposed that can be considered as a next step of the Chern-Simons theory, initially conceived from the path integral of a 2-3 theory and later the 1-2-3 theory of quantum invariants. Chern numbers can be decomposed into twelve n-component groups when these numbers are divided by a factor 2 n (n is an i...

We submit a comprehensive theory on the creation of first life conditions on the basis of current physics and cosmology. It is shown that symmetry breaking from a 5D homogeneous manifold of condensed boson fields, generates 4D photonic (electromagnetic) and magnetic monopole energies as well as toroidal operator conditions. These are instrumental i...

The discovery of the fractional quantum Hall effect in 1982 has started the study of topological orders, and electronic states with "protected" patterns of long-range quantum entanglement that are remarkably robust. It is proposed that the origin of the quantum Hall effect can be found in an ordered interference pattern between particles/waves and...

A quantum wave equation of coherence has been derived as an extension of the theory of de Broglie: particles have positions and are guided by a wavefunction. The wavefunction evolves according to the Schrödinger wave equation and can be more precisely described by a proposed quantum equation of coherence. Collective interference of Bosons (particle...
