Introduction
I received the B.Sc. and P.E. degrees from the National University of Engineering, Lima, Perú, in 2008; the MSc. degree at Sao Paulo State University, in electrical engineering (Optimization) and the Msc. degree at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in Economics. I work as an power system specialist at Red de Energía del Perú (transmission company).
