Model of NPZ in MATLAB?

At the moment, I am working on NPZ study in Makassar Strait. I am using MATLAB to run the model but haven't find any luck to calculate the right amount of the NPZ variables. I was just wondering if any of you have NPZ model in MATLAB code to share with me, or any kind of references are much appreciated.
