Introduction
The purpose of this study has been proposed to find the extent which is the hybrids of the different technologies, which have been used to develop market forecast and trading rule, and implement these technologies in prediction of stock markets, in our paper we combine methods to have the accuracy prediction, and we have utilized from this method to predict Amman Stock Exchange index and trading volume, based on these methods and compare the outputs of these different models results in order to leverage the best result model, to be used in forecasting in future, as important tools, hence, to learn capabilities of Fuzzy modeling which has required big computational effort, to improve the prediction process efficiency, where subtract clustering algorithm is used to have the computational

We whole heartedly welcome our friends!!! The Small Presidium, which includes our Academy, is part of a Large Presidium. In turn, the Large Presidium includes academicians-secretaries of branch of science offices, as well as branches marking the countries of the world. Each member of the Academy at the same time is a member of the science branch and representative office of his country in our Academy. The structure of the Academy includes institutes of individual valid and honorary, as well as collective membership. Doctors of science – our academics, PhD students, PhD scholars and PhD candidates - corresponding members, masters and bachelor - advisers of our academy. There are also honorary academicians – respectable people without a degree, who, however, helped the development of science.  TASKS OF NATIONAL DEPARTMENTS 1. The rise of national identity. 1.1. Promoting and strengthening cooperation between different nations and societies. 2. Improvement of the younger generation - the nation’s gene pool. 3. Strengthening the role of the older generation in the transfer of knowledge and experience to future generations. 4. Lifelong education for the entire population of the country. 5. Increasing attention to the needs of socially vulnerable groups of the population. 6. Preservation and enhancement of national traditions of production. 7. The development of folk crafts. 8. Preservation and promotion of folk traditions, folklore, epos. 9. Strengthening the presence of national languages in the production of a scientific product. 10. The introduction of endangered languages in the scientific revolution. 11. Respect for the rights of all nations and nationalities residing in the country. 12. Introduction of scientific bases for the conversion of environmentally hazardous industries into enterprises of a closed production cycle. 13. STATEMENT OF PUBLISHING HOUSE of INTERNATIONAL MARIINSKAYA ACADEMY named after M.D. SHAPOVALENKO 1. Publishing House of International Mariinskaya Academy named after M.D. Shapovalenko (hereinafter - Publishing House) is an expression of the collective position of this institution on issues of science, culture, education and public relations. 2. Publishing House in its work is guided by the principle of “Free science” accepted at the academy. 3. Publishing House, as well as the Academy itself, is in favor of preserving natural wealth and minimizing paper workflow. Along with this, the vast majority of publications are planned to be produced in electronic format (sites, CDs, DVDs, etc.). 4. Publishing House plans to produce single copies of printed materials for presentation at international and regional book exhibitions and fairs, where its numerous publications have been shown since the creation of the academy. 5. Publishing House also plans to produce single copies of printed materials dedicated to the anniversaries of the academicians and the Academy. 6. Publishing House operates through the phased and methodical development of all areas of its activities, as a result of which one series of journals can consistently produce a series of journals in various areas of scientific knowledge. Similarly, one monograph may be the forerunner of a thematic series of books. 7. Publishing House does not plan to conduct any commercial calculations, however, the experience and contacts accumulated by members of its team are applicable in commercial publishing activities outside Publishing House and the Academy as a whole. 8. Publishing House is called upon to guarantee that the results of each research conducted according to the Academy’s plan will be made public in a timely manner. 9. Publishing House is guided by the principles of The Budapest Open Access Initiative, BOAI, in view of which all publications of Publishing House should always be in the Open Access. 10. Publishing House is guided in its work by the most permissive CC-BY license, which implies the possibility of correcting, processing and supplementing scientific works with a view to the speedy progress of science. 11. Publishing House accepts previously founded publishing houses, publishing groups, editorial boards of scientific journals, newsletters and other periodicals, if the values of these groups coincide with the values of the Publishing House team, while respecting the interests of third parties. 12. Publishing House, as well as the Academy as a whole, welcomes the social strategy of peace and non-violence, respect for the rights and freedoms of citizens around the world, and adheres to its guidelines in all its initiatives. 13. The activities of the Publishing House are subject to all documents accepted by the Academy staff and regulating its work.
