Introduction
Hamidreza is a sports scientist, athlete, coach, and educator. He started his official work as a natural physique coach and also a strength and conditioning coach in 2015. Following this experience, he launched his website for educational activities about sports science in 2021. He also started his work as a fitness trainer in the Arak Oil Refinery gym in 2021.
