This study develops a model for students and graduates of Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and Competitiveness (SHC) and seeks user validation after the development process. The development process uses the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. A quantitative survey using questionnaires and descriptive quantitative analysis was applied in obtaining user validation as the study objective. The development results validated the students' SHC Development model, which has 3 main phases, including Input, Process and Output. The Input phase comprises course content, SHC component, and strategy of students’ center approach. The Process phase consists of blended course design, instruction and students' engagement, and evaluation. The Output phase comprises soft and hard skills achievement, as well as students’ competitiveness level. Users perceived the model’s phases and components as wholly acceptable, appropriate, and applicable for implementation through curriculum, teaching, and learning at the university. This study contributes to graduate preparation for employability skills in the challenging and complex working environment in revolution industry 4.0.

Soft skills are skills needed by the global work market thus are practiced in learning activities and at work place include communication skills, IT Skills, numeracy skills, learning skills, problem solving skills and working with others.

Competitiveness refers to the eagerness and the effort of a person to apply, maintain, and improve and promote his/her soft skills and hard skills in his/work, task and learning consistently. Competitiveness categorized into three capacities; lifelong learning, entrepreneurship and employability. The level of competitiveness level was assumed to be affected by the level of his/her soft skills and hard skills.

There are three classes A, B and C at the same year of study. I just need one class for treatment and one class for control, so I selected classes A and B as the objects of my research. What is the sampling technique applied in this situation?

The population of my quasi-experimental research is a sum of 86 individuals separated into classes A, B and C. I selected classes A and B as the objects. Twenty four (24) students each were chosen from the initial number of 27 and 29 students in A and B respectively to constitute the research sample, as these candidates had attended 9 courses in the current semester, while the remainder had taken 8 only. Consequently, a total of 48 students participated in this study.

I had conducted a research investigating students' soft skills practices through learning process between conventional class (Class A) and blended learning class (Class B). Both Class A and Class B attended for 9 courses as well. In Class A, the nine courses were taught by face to face learning (Conventional), while Class B with Blended learning. Since the research aim to compare students soft skills' practices between two learning strategies, then there is no pretest or pre-survey taken. Survey was taken after or at the end of semester by using the questionnaire with likert scale 1-5, measure the practices of soft skills of both classes. And then the result was compared. I don't understand actually, why my RG score does not increase. I add more articles and but it give no effect to the score. I compared with others member, I have more many research items, citations, recommendations and readers, but my score much lower than them. I don't know what's wrong with my RG. Even my co-author just has 7 research items, and 3 of 7 research item as co-author of my article, but he almost reach my score. His score is increasing from time to time. But mine does not. Anybody can explain?
