본 연구에서는 재난신고 접수 상황요원의 업무 특징을 분석한다. 특히 신고전화 데이터 분석과 업무 프로토콜에서는 발견할 수 없는 실제 업무환경에서의 업무 특징을 도출하기 위해 정성적 인터뷰를 진행하여 상황요원의 의사결정 특징을 도출하였고, 상황요원의 업무 환경을 개선할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.
의료업계는 정보통신기술과 융합과학기술의 발전을 통해 스마트헬스케어서비스를 제공하고 있으며 이러한 서비스를 지원하는 환경은 환자의 안전한 입원생활 뿐 아니라 의료종사자의 효율적인 업무수행에도 도움을 주어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 의료 종사자의 관점에서 효율적인 업무수행을 위한 스마트 헬스케어 환경을 구성하는 지표를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 분석하여 지표를 구성한 후 일반병원과 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 제공하는 병원 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사와 인터뷰를 실시하여 지표의 중요도를 비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다.
