《中国制造业产能利用率测度方法与应用》以现阶段我国生态文明建设、经济转型升级、供给侧结构性改革等战略为现实背景,梳理国内外产能利用率相关研究,从非期望产出的引入、产能利用率的跨期分析与固定资产可拆除三个视角,改造现有研究方法,提出一系列适用于我国现阶段发展背景的产能利用率测度方法,并进一步以我国制造业为研究对象开展实证研究。研究发现,我国制造业产能过剩以能源型产能过剩为主,近年来产能利用率有所提升并存在小幅波动,流动资产和管理费用对各行业产能利用率具有显著影响,技术进步是产能利用率提升的主要驱动力。
