本书主要聚焦于DEA框架下的规模收益和方向规模收益分析方法,本书研究工作的创新点为将经济学中规模收益的概念通过引入方向因子扩展为方向规模收益、通过DEA模拟前沿生产函数,并将方向规模收益的概念引入DEA框架中,在现有DEA框架下测度方向规模收益和方向规模弹性、最优投入方向以及方向阻塞效应,以上研究成果适用于真实的数据,可以比现有其他方法提供更丰富的信息。

《中国制造业产能利用率测度方法与应用》以现阶段我国生态文明建设、经济转型升级、供给侧结构性改革等战略为现实背景,梳理国内外产能利用率相关研究,从非期望产出的引入、产能利用率的跨期分析与固定资产可拆除三个视角,改造现有研究方法,提出一系列适用于我国现阶段发展背景的产能利用率测度方法,并进一步以我国制造业为研究对象开展实证研究。研究发现,我国制造业产能过剩以能源型产能过剩为主,近年来产能利用率有所提升并存在小幅波动,流动资产和管理费用对各行业产能利用率具有显著影响,技术进步是产能利用率提升的主要驱动力。
