About

Introduction
The current research is based on the analysis of Big Data of the arbitration legal proceedings of the Russian Federation. The actions of each arbitral court are considered as states of a Complex System. Data is divided into input stream (characteristics of litigation) and output (characteristics of court decisions). Data streams are described using descriptors, which are based on multidimensional measurements of stochastic quantities. Representation of legal proceedings form time series.
