Main objective To test the effectiveness of Visual Motor Behavior Rehearsal (VMBR) a mental imagery psychological intervention, by comparing levels of re-injury anxiety, medical and other psychological characteristics of a group of injured athletes receiving a VMBR intervention to a control group Secondary objective To study the speed of appearance of the effects of intervention as well as the lenght of these effects after intervention. The protocol will be a longitudinal prospective randomized controlled trial proposing repeated measurements of several characteristics at the time of intervention, during and after the intervention.
