Introduction
Dr. Grant Tomkinson is a research professor and member of Allied Health and Human Performance at the University of South Australia. He is interested in how people’s physical fitness levels relate to their health. Physical fitness refers to people's ability to perform physical activity, and it is important for sporting success and good health. He has a particular interest in whether today’s people are more fit than their peers from the past.
