Introduction
My primary research interests are in social and affective neuroscience, with a particular focus on social exclusion and loneliness. I am currently working on affective touch, focusing in particular on its role in regulating physiological responses during social interactions. My research interests also expand towards developmental affective neuroscience and the interaction of cultural and biological factors in shaping emotion processing.

Several works have investigated which problems affect the work of a PBL group. Both students and tutors report that, among others, lack of commitment or motivation is one of the most frequent problem. Unfortunately, I could not find any peer-reviewed work which would investigate how tutors deal with this problem and which strategies are considered the most effective. Any suggestions?
