Introduction
The principal aim of my research is to identify and understand the contribution of long non-coding RNAs in the control of molecular processes involved in the cellular differentiation, essentially through cutting-edge technologies as Cell Lines, Molecular Biology (ASOs, RNA-FISH), Genome Edition (CRISPR/Cas9), High- Throughput Techniques (RNA-seq, RIP-Seq) and Computational analysis.
