Introduction
I have a background in self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan, 2000). My current research focuses on the determinants and outcomes of fundamental needs support (Grolnick & Pomerantz, 2009; Mageau & Vallerand, 2003) in hierarchical relationships in general, and in parent-child interactions in particular.
