Introduction
My research interests include designing clinical nutrition, self-care and lifestyle medicine interventions for the treatment and prevention of chronic disease. Regarding educational research, my interests include improving nutritional competency in healthcare students through experiential learning and improving interprofessional education to eliminate professional bias, enhance patient outcomes, and better prepare providers for success in an integrative healthcare environment.
