Introduction
I am a doctoral researcher at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in the field of health and safety, environmental challenges, and organizational behavior in the oil and gas industry.I have developed good research, extensively published my study in local and international journals and conferences, and widely disseminated the research in original or co-authored academic pieces. My research interests include occupational health and safety, organisational behaviour, and human risk behaviour.
