针对渐开线齿轮稳健优化设计过程中, 存在动载系数难确定, 多参数非线性耦合, 难以实现参数优化等问题, 提出动载系数修正计算方法, 并通过求解设计参数之间的相对增益矩阵, 反映出设计参数之间的耦合关系, 再结合稳健优化设计方法进行优化的方法, 提出渐开线齿轮反馈式优化设计方法. 既改善了一般优化方法稳健性差, 易产生优化失效的情况, 又避免稳健优化设计过程中优化参数难确定的情况. 结果表明, 所提出的反馈式稳健优化设计方法能够齿轮部分外界条件发生波动情况下, 仍能保持较好的齿面接触质量及动态性能, 为渐开线齿轮优化设计提供了一条新途径.
