Introduction
I have been working as a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia since 2022 and currently pursuing my PhD in Nursing degree at The University of Manchester, United Kingdom. I am interested in nursing workforce issues, particularly in primary care settings and mental health fields.
