Introduction
Associate Professor at the University of Murcia (Spain) and research visitor at the Warwick Business School (UK). My main research areas include HRM, corporate governance, family firms, and innovation financing. I have published on these topics in Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Family Business Strategy, Management Decision, and BRQ-Business Research Quarterly, among others. My research also covers teaching innovation issues.
