Introduction
Interested in the evaluation and design of nanomedicine in particular in the oncology field. My primary field of interest is the oral route. I am now also working on the delivery of SiRNA in order to limit the resistance of chemotherapies.

Archived project
The project aims to understand the interplay between obstruction and adsorption effects for nanoparticles diffusing in complex media (matrix+solvent). - Monte Carlo simulations - Experiments using FRAP, DDLS and diffusometry NMR. Application to the diffusion of nanomedicines into hydrogels (mucus, ECM...)
Project
Our goal is to develop a nanomedicine hydrogel that could be injected in the tumor resection cavity in the gap period between surgery and standard of care chemo-radiation leading to a reduction of the formation of recurrences at the resection cavity borders.
