Introduction
Francesca Blanc currently works at the DIST - Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning, Politecnico di Torino, Italy. She belongs to a Joint Project between Politecnico di Torino and TU-Delft on "Comparative Spatial Planning Analysis in Europe and beyond".
