Introduction
Florian is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Wuerzburg. He is a member of Prof. Sperlich's lab "Integrative & Experimental Exercise Science & Training". Florian's research focuses on youth sport, with a special interest in exercise physiology and adaptations to training. He includes young and adolescent athletes as well as sedentary children in his work. His research is about optimizing training, recovery and performance testing of children, adolescents and adults.
