The objectives of the work plan are: (1) extract RNA from berries from susceptible and tolerant cultivars upon infection with powdery mildew; (2) analysis of previous obtained transcriptomics and metabolomics data in order to select genes to be further studied; (3) analysis of expression of fifteen-twenty genes by qPCR; (4) writing of one manuscript. The work plan is included in tasks 2 and 5 of the project GRAPINFECTOMICS.
