Hi,
I'm planning to isolate exosomes from frozen human plasma samples, but I'm not sure about which kit to use. And the more I read, the more confused I am.
I've almost discarded UC because of my sample input (100-250uL). My objectives: 1) miRNA expression profile and 2) functional assays in cell culture.
Could anybody please suggest me a good kit? I was considering Plasma/Serum Exosome Purification Kit (Norgen Biotek), Invitrogen Total Exosome Isolation, ExoQuick exosome precipitation solution (SBI). Many others are extremely expensive!
