Introduction
Ph.D. scholarship holder of the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU), working at the Department of Biology at the University of Osnabrück.
I analyse interactions of nature conservation stakeholders using Social Network Analysis and Stakeholder Analysis as well as psychological measures. On this base, I develop stakeholder platforms to foster the cost-benefit efficiency of networking regarding regional conservation issues.
Additionally, I work on VR-field trips on ecological topics.

Using "Stakeholder Databases" based on Social Network Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, Organizational Culture and Environmental Attitudes to optimize the interactions of Regional Conservation Stakeholers.
Successful plant establishment in a particular environment depends on the root architecture of the seedlings and the extent of edaphic resource utilization. However, diverse habitats often pose a predicament on the suitability of the fundamental root structure of a species that evolved over a long period. We hypothesized that the plasticity in the...
Many nature conservation projects fail primarily not because of a lack of knowledge about upcoming threats or viable conservation concepts but rather because of the inability to transfer knowledge into the creation of effective measures. Therefore, an increase in information exchange and collaboration between theory- and practice-oriented conservat...
Background:
The wild radishes, Raphanus raphanistrum and R. pugioniformis (Brassicaceae) are native to the East Mediterranean region. However, whereas R. raphanistrum is widely distributed worldwide, the endemic R. pugioniformis is limited to specific habitats. In R. raphanistrum the diaspores of the indehiscent fruits comprise glabrous, light, si...

Using Social Network Analysis and Stakeholder Analysis as a basis for the development of a Stakeholder Database. All measures are intended to optimize the flow of information and strategic cooperation within the network and to reduce regional land use conflicts in order to enable a sustainable use of regional environmental resources that is acceptable to all stakeholders.
