Introduction
My research interests are focused on the plans and investments valuation and the public-private partnerships in the urban planning. I am author and coauthor of several published journal papers and conference papers on various topics, including the study of innovative econometric techniques as support to real estate appraisal, the assessment of investments for the enhancement of existing cultural and environmental assets.
