About

Advances in next-generation sequencing and genome-wide association studies have led to the rapid discovery of a vast amount of disease-associated mutations. In order to elucidate the genes and molecular pathways underlying complex human conditions, we have developed an iCRISPR platform for fast, efficient and inducible genome editing in hPSCs. We are now combining iCRISPR and tissue engineering to develop 3D organoid models to study different aspects of human development and disease.
