1. Empower the graduates of the teacher preparation programs in the Sultanate in order to increase their impact on school student learning. 2. Re-design teacher preparation programs in the Sultanate based on robust data evidence and informed by international standards. 3. Inform the decision-making process for future national educational policies related to teacher preparation programs in Oman. 4. Contribute to reforming the education system in the Sultanate of Oman by focusing on enhancing the preparation of teachers in different teacher education institutions.
