Introduction
Dr. Muhammad Fathullah Al Haq Bin Muhamad Asni is a senior lecturer in the Section of Islamic Studies at the School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Shariah (Muamalat) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, as well as a bachelor's degree in Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Law from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
