Introduction
Farshid obtained his PhD in Sustainability and Urban Regeneration program at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM). He has invented special software (Aram Mental Map Analyzer) to measure the citizens' mental cognition from urban spaces through mental maps (http://arammma.com). Farshid is a member of the editorial board of journals indexed in WOS in the field of sustainability and environmental resources, as well as he was the guest editor of four reputable journals during 2021-2023.
