Introduction
Fariza Hanis Abdul Razak is an Associate Professor at Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, MALAYSIA. She is a HCI researcher who studies how a user uses technology in his/her everyday life. She often uses diaries as observational methods for her data collection. She has been designing technologies for elderly since 2011 and blind users since 2017. She is now writing two research books: HCI in Malaysia & Diaries in Research.
