Introduction
My name is FArhang Abdulkareem Elias. I have got a Bachelor of Science degree at Salahaddin University-Erbil, College of Administration and Economics, Department of Economic (2013).
Also I was awarded a Master of Science at Siirt University-Turkey, College of Administration and Economics, Department of Economic (2018).
I have been Working and Teaching I.C.T Unit in College of Administrations and Economics Since (2013 - 2016 and 2018 till now).
