Introduction
An experienced assistant professor. Skilled in health services quality research, qualitative and quantitative Research Methodology, debias thinking, strategic decision-making, self-awareness strategies and advanced statistical analysis. I teach courses in Public Health, Research Methods, Biostatistics, Pharmacy Administration, Communicating and Presentational Skills, and Quality Assurance. My research agenda focused on the role of implicit and explicit bias in healthcare disparities.
