Introduction
Eva has been a lecturer at the UOC since 2004, where she has served as Academic Director of the Degree in Labour Sciences, the Master in Occupational Safety and Health, and the Area of Graduate Studies in Business and Economy. She is a member of the Digital Business Research Group (DigiBiz). Her lines of research revolve around the following areas: - Telework and flexible work arrangements - Evidence-based management - Impact of digitization on human resources management - Employee wellbeing
