Introduction
I am interested in differentiating the principles that drive the establishment, stability, and dynamics of the plant microbiome. By using minimal model microbiomes of reduced complexity (synthetic communities), I am currently exploring how host-microbe and microbe-microbe interactions shape, maintain, and modulate the structure and function of the rice microbiome.
