Introduction
Ernad Kahrović is an Associate Professor of Business Economics and Management at the Department of Economics at the State University of Novi Pazar, Republic of Serbia. He received his PhD in 2013 from the Faculty of Economics, University of Niš. His research interests include strategic management, organizational design, digital strategy and digital organization. He has been the Head of Department of Economics at the State University of Novi Pazar since October 2021.
