Introduction
Our investigation and expertise areas revolved around the sustainable use of African horticultural commodities such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and medicinal plants. My research and training group aims at increasing quality information on the use and conservation of neglected and underutilized species (NUS) and crop wild relatives (CWR) in Africa. Of paramount importance is the celebration of genetic diversity and how this is used by various communities in sustaining their livelihoods.
