Introduction
I am an assistant professor in the Dept. of Educational Technology, Faculty of Education, State University of Malang, Indonesia. I teach undergraduate students related design, management, and evaluation of training as well as innovation management using design thinking. My research includes adaptive mobile learning, online collaborative learning, training design, and assessment in online learning.I finished my PhD on education from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in July 2023.
