My clinical practice allowed me to identify a material (bone substitute : bovine xenograft treated with solvants) which seems to lead to an unusual immune reaction in the context of the sinus lift with implant aim. I conducted anatomo pathological analyzes that revealed a cystic-type encapsulation. I reported this product to my pharmacovigilance organization. I would like to know if other clinicians / researchers have collected similar data.
