Introduction
I am working as a Scientific officer for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in Parma, on the field of food contact materials (FCM). My research experience is focusing on analytical chemistry and Food Science, with a particular focus on metabolomics and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Especially for FCM, I worked with migration testing, compliance testing, recycling and bio-recycling of plastics, focusing on non-biodegradable plastic materials.
