Introduction
My research spans several disciplines including cognitive neuroscience, health/social, and environmental psychology. I primarily investigate how physiological stress and neural biomarkers of attention are modulated by exposure to natural environments. I use neurophysiological, peripheral physiological, behavioral, and self-report methods in my research. I received my PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Cognition and Neural Sciences at the University of Utah.

This project aims to determine changes in neural networks associated with attentional restoration from exposure to natural environments. Specifically, we intend to determine neural signatures involved with restoration of cognitive resources using neuropsychological measurements like electroencephalography.
