The research presented here examines emotional–relationa...

Introduction
The thesis about beneficial effects of writing on physical and mental health occurs quite commonly in modern psychological literature. The notion of “writing cure” (Lepore, Smyth, 2002; Kaufman, Sexton, 2006), which suggest non-controversial positive outcomes of writing exists as a reference to the notion of “talking cure” known from p...
Self-narrative (as reporting one's own experience in a narrative form) is a significant source of information for a psychologist, because the self-narrative reflects an individual pattern of meaning-making, which is constitutive for the sense of identity. It is claimed that the usefulness of methods (instructions) aimed at generating self- narrativ...

Zmiana osiągana jest jednak w wyniku różnorodnych oddziaływań...
Serce symbol miłości, uczuć, w tym głównie pozytywnych, coraz częściej zaczyna kojarzyć się z chorobami i śmiercią. Researchers do shorten questionnaires but very little is known (?) about good practice in this field. There are probably some methods, both rooted in IRT and CTT, but do someone empirically tested what metod is more useful in what circumstances?
I am looking for an available tool to perform an adaptation in Polish.
I am looking for studies on families, where one parent (or both parents) suffered from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder.
I am looking for the questionnaires with good psychometric parameters, which: 1) maybe used in clinical or non-clinical populations; 2) may be based on categorical or dimensional models of personality disorders.
These concepts overlap and I wonder how to explain nicely similarities and differences between them.

Our project aims to explore the experiences of psychodynamic therapists in their work with patients in the challenging time of Covid-19 epidemic and the regulations of the sanitary regime (social distancing/quarantine). In particular, it focuses on the dilemmas related to therapeutic work and ways of dealing with them (including the possibility of working online or via telephone). We also want to check whether, and if so, how the therapists' experiences will change with the epidemic time, what they regard as crucial for the process of psychodynamic therapy and their own professional identity.
We conducted the study in organizational cooperation of the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Contributing to a development of qualitative and mixed approach in clinical psychology.
The reduced ability to mentalize in people with the borderline personality organization has been repeatedly confirmed in empirical studies. However, research on narratives reveals the more complex nature of this relationship. Some mentalization indicators turn out to be higher in the borderline group (e.g. access to emotional experiences expressed in the reference activity; Górska, Soroko 2017, Jepsen, Bucci, 1998). In addition, there is a substantial and varied dynamics in the narratives depending on the relationship between emotional arousal and reflexivity (mentalization) (Mergenthaler, 1996). Some theoretical assumptions and clinical observations reveal a vibrant selectivity of the mentalization failures (that is, activating the defense only in response to certain content). The project covers the process of converting the emotional-relational experience in the aspect of the ability to mentalize, including the activated defense processes.
