Introduction
Elizabeth is an organizational sociologist. She studies the human factors of AI in organizations, using interview methods and digital ethnography to gather qualitative data on how workers respond to, talk about, and work with new tech in their jobs. Her dissertation research examines the introduction of facial verification security protocols into gig work platforms.
